"Absolutely incredible and will be going back for post birth coaching online too! I asked to be coached online by Sophie whilst I was pregnant with my first. I wanted to stay strong throughout my pregnancy and be in the best place possible for birth and recovery afterwards.. and Sophie delivered. Being pregnant is hard but during my workouts was when I felt my best both physically and mentally. I was even working out until a day before I went into labor! My labor was 18 hours and I was back on my feet very quickly! I owe this to the workouts Sophie made specifically for me. 6 weeks postpartum and I fit in all my pre-pregnancy clothes! I both look and feel great! Having a PT that is also a midwife meant I could ask her anything at all and she was always there with advice - and being Sophie she would reply almost instantly! "I started going to Sophie’s classes at 14 weeks, I had no interest in the gym before pregnancy but, wanted to keep myself fit and healthy. I went to the classes every week up until the day before I had my baby and was back 6 weeks after with my baby in tow! I recommend Sophie to all new mums that I meet. Sophie did a Mummy MOT on me 7 weeks post partum with my 2nd. I was worried about birth injury and Sophie did a really thorough assessment in the comfort of my own home, and sent me a month's worth of gentle rehabilitation exercise which made a huge difference to my recovery. Worth every penny for the reassurance and advice!

Sophie has been doing antenatal online coaching for me and I have been really happy with her service. We have weekly check ins and she is always available and quick to respond to any questions in between. I feel in safe hands with her as she has such good knowledge from her midwifery experience as well as a really big repertoire of exercises. The workouts she has given me each week have been really varied and challenging to the right level for my stage of pregnancy. Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with Sophie post-partum as well.
