My PT sessions are based at a semi-private, child friendly facility with parking in Ashford, Kent.
Face to face training enables me to push you harder to challenge yourself whilst checking your technique and form.
I dont just train pre and postnatal clients I have a wide range of clientele including men.
My workouts are effective and desgined to get you the best results possible within the limited amount of time you have available.
Nutritional support is included alongside to help you reach your goals no matter what they may be.
Your little ones are welcome to join you and they can either work out with us or relax in the TV/sofa area with their toys.
Antenatal Classes, Caoching and PT:
As a midwife and personal trainer I have an adundance of knowledge and experience of the body and its changes during pregnancy.
I have the confidence and the skills to train you throughout your pregnancy and right up until the very end.
My online antenatal coaching ensures that you recieve a bespoke plan based upon your pregnancy and previous experience. I have helped hundreds of women exercise and feel great until the end of their pregnancy. As prt of my online service I give you up todate and evidence based nutritional advice to ensure you have the healthiest pregnancy possible.
My face to face PT sessions and classes mean you can be assured that your form is correct throughout and you can continue to exercise with confidence.
My classes are also a great way to meet other pregnant mums and you get to pick my brains as a midwife.
Strength training is recommended twicec a week during pregnancy and it is safe to start even if you havent done it before.
Postnatal Classes, Coaching and PT:
I offer personalised support for new mothers through face to face personal training sessions, classes and online coaching.
My services are tailored to you depending on your mode of delivery, postnatal recovery, rescources and previous experience.
As I am Mummy MOT healthcare practitioner trained I have an extensive knowledge of how to help to strengthen your core and pelvic floor.
My PT sessions and classes are child friendly meaning you are welcome to bring your babies along. They are also a great way to meet other mums.
My online postnatal coaching provides tailor made nutritional support so for example if you are breast or bottle feeding and designed to help you reach your postnatal goals in a safe and sustainable way.
The Mummy MOT:
Many women come to me for a Mummy MOT after feeling let-down by the 6-8 week check offered
by their GP. The Mummy MOT is a fully licensed post-natal check that I perform in the comfort of your own home.
It includes a full health check, postural assessment, abdominal assessment and pelvic exam.
These checks ensure you are safe return to exercise you want to do and prevent long term health issues in the future.
